The thousands at Rosebud was actually a bit daunting. Next time I'll bring my kite aerial photography stuff. And as Doug says, welcome to the forum, Jonathan. Kathleen Posted March 15, 2016 Report Share Posted March 15, 2016 I took the kids to have a play on the beach at one stage and overheard a dad talking to his kids about the kites Dad "it's like the octonauts" Kid "it's better than the octonauts" Alex was most disappointed on Monday that the festival was over and wanted to go back for more. Yep - the Rosebud festival is an annual event. There's also the Dean kite festival coming up in September in Ballarat - keep an eye out for that one. T shirts will be available - there's a few details to iron out (ho ho, that's a pun!) @.Joel maybe able to give you an idea of when they'll be in the store.
