The rope was already in place but I've got some scraps of climbing rope I'll bring. It was Laurie and Tom who rigged it up (unless their mothers are reading this, in which case it was some local scallywag.....) John
Sad Act Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 Black Rock 8th & 9th sounds ace. Watch out for the speed cameras (sore point but worth mentioning)
SandMonster Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 (sore point but worth mentioning)...just b-cos your pimpmobile don't go so fast...
nolan Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 Not sure about the 8th & 9th, but I'd already planned to do the 1st & 2nd. Maybe see ya' there. I'll probably be staying at my favorite campsite ever, which is >>>here. You can have a fire, and you can swim in the lake in the morning. No better way of shifting that hangover!

Flexi well and truly sussed now, mate. I've been putting in a lot of grass hours to get used to using my body weight. I can't wait to get back to BRS, it's been a long Summer!! Both weekends? Dunno if I'll be allowed to play out on both I'll have a go....
PaulLaurie Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 All you need to start a fire is that bottle of Bobby's whiskey, any number of firelighters and a disposable BBQ, that's how that Ray Mears guy does it off camera! Oh yeah, cheers for the reminder JDE, the LEI pump for that blast furnace effect Dont forget the metal tube then, else we'll have to break up another chair
PaulLaurie Posted September 19, 2005 Report Posted September 19, 2005 can i come Yeah as we said above we got a rope & a tree :D I'm sure you'd be most welcome.
