A quick line to say thankyou.
I was down Ainsdale today, my first time with an inflatable (well that's what i told the missus.) trying to get my Airush Flow 14 in the air. i pumped it up like i had been told, very cautious not to blow a bladder by over pumping. Had my eldest lad and missus on hold and launch drills. All ready to go the kite just would not get off the ground. i spent a good 10 mins trying to figure if it was rear lines too long/ short, or just me.
So a guy who has just come off the water walks over, spends 5 mins showing me the score and informs me, (in a very polite way) that the leading edge is under inflated. so we jumped on the pump for a few more. and bingo up she goes.
So i would just like to thanks to the more experienced out there for taking 5 mins and sharing with the newbie.
I was not going out in the water, just wanted to put it up and see how different from my other foil type kites.
i saw another thread on here, about people giving advice. All i can say is thanks, i was close to giving up and he turned it round real quick.
i will be taking proper lesson's next week, just nice to have a free play now and again.
cheers
