  1. Merry Christmas all and a happy new year
  2. If you hit your head so hard "a lot of paint" came off, it would be very stupid to sell this on...Helmets are not designed to take damage as hard as you have described. A drop from a meter or so fair enough, but an actual collision with an object as hard as you have described is not suitable to sell on. No one will buy a used helmet that has taken damage AND pay more if they can get it new for cheaper.
  3. The commentary is done by a guy who is in a comedy show called Hardy Bucks, a show that is actually shot where I live in quite a small city which is pretty cool He goes by the name of "viper higgins" and does commentary on mw3 videos as well. Which I usually despise but he makes it so much more exciting lol
  4. Really happy with the results of our cycling and rowing teams over the past couple of days, did us proud
  5. Some people say the 6m is too small for boarding but I have never flown it myself.
  6. That would imply he was criticising English people. Feck the original reason for this thread, grammar Nazi'ing is so much funner...
  7. Work situation? Bad....very bad. Very few jobs available which is great when you are 16 and will be out of school in a year or so -.- Many people over here have gone to either Scotland (no tuition fees if you have an Irish passport or something like that), Australia or Canada. Scenic wise? Very beautiful, jagged coast lines and green fields 'til you can see no further Visit the South West county called Kerry and you will enter kite buggy heaven... Inch Beach stretches for over 2 miles. Just do a quick youtube search for "inch beach buggy" and you will get the idea http://www.nicko500.co.uk/_borders/Inch_Beach_2_900.jpg Banna Strand is another lovely beach Never mix up Northern Ireland with the Republic of Ireland(the south), bit of a touchy subject lol. I'm English so I tend to stay quiet when the subject gets brought up over here

    Irish Waves

Needs some action from over here in the West!
  9. Really solid kites, very predictable and the wind range is very wide. Only kite I use
  10. To own one . No but seriously, I would love to get a KTM duke of some kind I wouldn't even care which kind either, be it the 125 or the superduke's they are gorgeous looking bikes
  11. I'm not familiar with PKD'S kites (heard of them, haven't flown them) but I'm assuming any bar apart from a depower bar will be fine on it
  12. Follow quite a few famous youtubers and a lot of them live in LA so I get too see Venice beach in daily vlogs and what not. Will find this really interesting. Will watch and report back

  14. Yeah it would make more sense to protect the nut and wheel if it went washer, wheel, washer nut. But I also don't havea GLD
  15. Yeah I think it's a matter of preference really. But the fact rf depends on the community means you get some alright stuff, and then some total unrealistic piece of crap. That's what is nice about iracing, everything is top notch. Even the tracks are lazer scanned to find every little bump and elevation change. PM sent
  16. Bit the bullet and went for iracing. Really enjoying it at the moment. Much better than rfactor I find. I was thinking of trying rfactor 2 but the price put me off. Will be building a rig soon as I have a person who can build a metal frame for €120 which is pretty nifty
  17. I think it was more of the fact of leaving it wet over a period of time was ok. Rather than, can I get my kite wet.....
  18. Well that's....ehmmm....yeah....o_0
  19. Same here, just started getting back into rfactor. iRacing are doing 3 months for the price of 1 at the moment, is it worth giving it a go do you know? Your setup is still better than mine just a g27 on an old school table and a nice fancy bit of wood that I found in the garage that holds my gear unit perfectly. Haven't a clue what it was from and I hope it wasn't needed
  20. hahaha brilliant, I hope it's real
  21. Used to, ride bmx instead now as there was a pretty nice skate park built 10 minute riding distance away. It means I don't have to wait until the weekend to get out and ride although I do miss it sometimes with how hard I find bmx sometimes and the scars and bruises I get. Worth it in the end though

    Lady boys

"Ladyboys" on Sky Living at 10pm tonight for those hardcore followers of the show. You can even experience these beautiful people in HD if desired.
  23. I'd be pretty annoyed as well if I was a windsurfer but seeing as I'm not, it's pretty funny This comment stood out to me 2) Anyone can Kite surf. It took ME about 30 mins to learn to do it reasonably well. I tried windsurfing many times, and could never get the hang of it. That's like saying Anyone can do a 100m sprint and I like to think I can do it reasonably well. I tried doing a marathon but never finished. It's 2 completely different sports/disciplines.
  24. we're not turning into a YouTube community are we?
