  1. Aye, £220 for your 7m vegas posted to my door is good for me, Can you please tell me if all the bladders hold air and are there any pin holes in the canopy? You can put some pictures up for me to check out and I have also sent you a private message regarding payment method. Cheers Jonny.
  2. Hi mate, Will you accept £200 posted to my door for your 7m vegas. I will pay you today. Cheers Jonny.
  3. Aye,my kite is an LEI, North Vegas. I don't have anywhere at home to hang the kite up dry, but i suppose i could hang it in the bathroom but that will piss of the wife!!! Looks like I'll be going out in the pissing rain!!!
  4. Alright Everyone, I 'm itching to get out kitesurfing this week as I've only had one session in the last 3 months, mainly due to lack of wind and having to work however the next 2 days are looking good but it is due to rain constantly. Is it worth going out and getting my kite soaked, I don't want the kite in my bag soaking in my house and will packing the kite away soaking wet do it any harm? I live on the east coast of scotland and we are just not getting any good wind, down in the south of england, it has been going off the scale everyday, you lucky f**kers!! I'm not bothered about getting wet, its just my expensive kite!!! I don't have enough space at home to hang my kite up to dry, i can hang my wetsuit up but the kite is obviously too big. Cheers Jonny.
  5. Hi Everyone, I tried to replace the main depower line on my 2010 North 5th element bar & lines today. The line was needing replaced as it is badly frayed. The little U shaped bolt that attaches the line to the roto head was seized and could I f**k get it out. I tried a few methods including WD40, fresh water rinse, boiling water rinse, working a screwdriver into the u shaped bolt/pin and finally a hammer with the little double prong tool that comes with the new depower line. I knew it shouldn't of been this hard to remove. It eventually came loose but as I was working the pin loose, it cracked the bloody roto head as that was in bad shape too. It spins round freely but is now cracked so I have ordered a new iron heart as the iron heart is only sold as a whole unit. Bottom line is, this has cost me £89 and has now taught me to look after my kit. Has anyone got any tips on how to stop your main depower line from fraying (is a 2 year old line about right considering it gets alot of use) and how do you stop the little U Shaped bolt/pin in the roto head from seizing. Do I need to keep taking it apart reguarly and do some maintenance? Cheers Jonny.
  6. Hi, Is the North 5th Element bar still for sale? if so can you please let me know Cheers- Jonny.
  7. Hi Everyone,I've just bought a 2007 North Vegas Kite and it was a impulse buy as it was going cheap, I'm pleased with the kite but as I'm only a beginner any help would be much appreciated. It is kite only so I need Bar & Lines for it. Do I have to fit a North Bar & Lines or can I use another type, I also have a Flexifoil Sabre II, so can I use the Flexifoil bar from this kite or is it not reccommended to do that as it is a different make? Also, the pigtails are missing on it and so is the short attachment line that ties onto the pigtails and connects to the main line onto the Bar, if you know what part of line I mean can you let me know as I need to order these. I could go down to the beach and ask folk there but I want to get parts ordered as soon as possible because I don't want the kite lying in its bag for much longer!** Hope to hear from folk soon. Many Thanks - Jonny. Flexifoil Sabre II 9.5m Flexifoil Blade II 4m Scrub Landboard North Vegas 9m
