Has anyone got access to some tidal data for Liverpool Alfred Dock for the next 4 or 5 months? I'm planning a sailing expedition in Wales over the summer and can only find the month ahead on the net.

Cheers Matt, just the thing. Details up to 2037 should be fine.

Doh, I'm planning a sailing trip in 2038 and can't find any tide times anywhere! ;)

TBH if it keeps raining like this we'll be predicting tides in Manchester. Forecast looks a bit damp for later, but shouldn't be too bad.

Fireworks at Salford Saturday, something to entertain whilst there's no wind.

We're going too, hopefully there will be less rain than at the moment :(

Fireworks were ace, well done to the 3 teams, No3 was the best we thought :)

Yep, really good show put on. Not sure about the bloke in the silver thong jumping his BMX through a ring of fire. And the first set of fireworks managed to shower some of the crowd with burning fallout (we moved upwind for the rest). All good displays though, the last one probably being the best.

I thought I did rather well :)

Tomorrow afternoon could be alright according to COBS, I'll be out if I can get rid of the smell of burnt hair

Not sure they let you out of the nursing home at that age, never mind out to sea ;)

Did anyone kite over the weekend? Just wondering what happened in the chilly easterlies.

Haven't done yet - been stuck on ferry for 28 hours.

But now we are in Haugastol, Norway waiting for wind. :D:D:D:D

Easy journey with a mill pond flat crossing. Clear roads and got into Hotel at 3am. Keep an eye on Turbulence website for pictures.

Nice evening down there - frisbeed with the daughters and watched the sunset with the blonde - real romantic like.

Met a Czech Republic dude with a knackered old Blade-ish looking kite and a much better looking landboard - them NEasterlies weren't that bad - the coversation didn't really hit it off even with his English and me being fluent in Czech, still we had a laff and a decent half-session.

Couldn't get over the tons of sexy driftwood.

a woman laying on her side with one leg crossed over the other - dead obvious

a woman with torn jeans sitting up with a fish between her legs - cod perhaps?

Daughter said it was an iguana, couldn't see it myself.

Easterlies 'll be gone by midweek. Hoping for a teatime Thursday treat.
