adam_h Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 Just thought I'd say hi again Havn't been on here or flying for about 6 months now due to various things that have happened, had a lot of problems medically (knees and hip joints). But just couldn't bring myself to sell all my kite stuff, so decided to start again now I'm nearly fixed. Renewed my insurance and should be sorting my permit for the beach out soon. Hopefully this time round I'll get to know a few of you (generally be abit more socialble ) and enjoy it as much as I used to! Going down to Porthmadog this weekend for family visits etc. But going to try and escape and have a few hours on BRS as the wind and weather look pretty good upto now so may see some of you there if anyone's going.

brassneck Posted February 22, 2007 Report Posted February 22, 2007 yep, weekend looks like its dropping off a bit. cant do saturday (taxi for kids all day.. ) but probably sunday at ainsdale / brs, depending on hangover etc etc p.s more proof that carl never gets any tiling done.... have another look at tims picture, I am sure thats his van , come to think of it.. his van seems to be on every picture:D !!

Squashing the progeny into the court wall tomorrow but be beach bound Sunday. Fingers crossed the promised afternoon of Ainsdale Westerlies are gonna blow me little rubber socks off. Taking the bag full - big 'uns and little 'uns - still waiting for the moment when I can give the 20m wee one a toss into the air. Neap tide time - 3m low at 12 filling the beach with a teeny weeny high around 6. That's me, clambering into the perished rubber as I bone up on the dummys guide to kiting.
