RobG Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 Just wondering what's out there, used. Looking for a high wind FB buggy kite with lines and handles or bar. Likely to be moving back to the UK soon and when it blows on those vast expanses of sandy beaches, it blows Thanks - Rob Quote
RobG Posted July 21, 2015 Author Report Posted July 21, 2015 Thanks but 4m is still a little big. I already have a 4.5m Cult, so am after something smaller for the stronger winds. Cheers - Rob Quote
BobM Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 I have an Imp Quattro 1.5M on handles which I have been known to use in high winds. It is very zippy in those conditions. Its not for sale, I'm just saying that a small kite in a big wind can get you into a whole heap of trouble in a startlingly short amount of time. Quote
rtz Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 Collectors item now. Get it while you can: http://www.powerkiteshop.com/ozone_octane.htm Quote

Thank you for that pearl of wisdom... my only severe OBE so far was about 14 years ago with a little Blade 2.6 in really strong winds! Landed awkwardly on the back of my neck and saw stars for a while... Cheers - Rob Quote
gannet Posted July 23, 2015 Report Posted July 23, 2015 I've still got some Methods and Octanes for sale Quote
