  1. aw Matt still smiling after being the butt end (literally) of so many jokes and innuendos.....bless him! Good weekend/night, my stomach muscles are still killing from laughing so much! Thanks to everyone for putting up with us and inviting us along...can't wait for the next one
  2. ok so i know i hardly EVER post on here but i couldn't resist! My advice is don't pay any attention to what anyone else is doing, they don't matter its not a comp. The biggest thing to do is trust your gut feeling, it's there for a reason and you will probably find you already know the answer to your question!
  3. OO me typing a message on here...quite a novelty! Just wanted to say cheers to all who where at the beach today and this evening. I had a brilliant day....although next time i think a smaller chocolate bar will be in order as i didnt get to enjoy the weekly busy bee visit as much this time around!! Thanks again to matt for the lifts as well....very nice man! See you all next week Sharon
  4. ok, my 2p worth. I used to buy PK at the begining when every one liked to complain about the spelling mistakes and the rest of it. At first i thought it was pretty good and informative if you where a beginner for example, as it had plenty of articles on how to get the moves you wanted in your buggy or on your board but also went in to the safety issues too. After a while though i think there are only so many of those articles you can read time after time. Sometimes it just shows a little lack of thought in my opinion. I have also tried to contact them in the past and recieved no reply which just gave me an opinion on them that they dont want their target audiences to have. The "if you dont like it dont buy it" opinion is something that I wouldn't want to have spread about if it was my mag and I think if the workers on PK mag had a bit of get up and go in them with regards the mag then they would actullay take note on what their readers want. After all if the readers are happy they get their profit and every one is happy. There is so much oppertunity for a magazine like this and i think it is such a waste that its not explored more and put to use. Like i said though.......just my 2p worth Shally
  5. Hello all, long time no post I'd be up for a jan jolly too although the b&b idea does sound rather more apealing i have to say. HOPEFULLY uni stuff wont clash for when ever you decide to go ahead with it......got my new harness to try out and didnt get a chance last time i was at ainsdale due to Matt using up all the wind before i got there....thanks MATE
  6. Just booked myself and Phil in too
  7. Hiya i think me and phil are going so im another girlie going! Im hoping to get some kiting done though but there will always be some one hanging about to natter to. There usually is a small group of gass bags.....you know what men are like for their gossip!

  11. Matt and Rob....you guys "Sharing" tents again?
  12. How Do!! Thanks for the invite to Pendine on the manchester thread Adrenmike BUT i wont be able to make it Im off to glastonbury that weekend ...............it's a hard life!! Hope you all have a top time
  13. Yeah my b.friend has a 12.5 psycho and he loves it. Alot of people say its a hard kite to learn on though. im not actually starting until the weather gets warm again so i have all winter to get used to the kite so i guess i have that as a little advantage. Thanks for your reply, i think i will look into the kites you mentioned. i just wasnt sure as i have only seen men on the beach i go to and they all have the bigger kites.
  14. hiya, im getting into kite surfing and will be learning on a 6.5 Psycho. my prob is i dont know what i should use if the winds are high as im only 8 stone. Anyone got any idea? thanks
  15. Hi yeah it helps alot thanks. any advice is great, a few people have mentioned the cabrinha to me so im going to have a good look into that. I only have about £150 to spend as well (poor student and all that) so it kinda narrows the results a little. Im in Liverpool and go to ainsdale with my blade and firebee quite a bit and i know its a good and popular place for kitesurfing too. Just looks so much fun!!!
