  2. Alarm bells rang because someone left negative feedback claiming it was stolen . Must be a reason for that ....people dont normally write that sort of thing in feedback without good reason...Could be legit I guess .?

  11. I always said the tv license should be halved anyway all the repeats they show! i work in supported housing with vulnerable people and they (tv licensing) make our tenants have a tv license .... even though we have a tv license for the communal room £145.00 a year x 10 rooms - big money for one building all going to an institution that funds and protects childmolesters? quite a debate intersting take on the law ianscott sounds like the 'freeman' movement quite interesting discourse along the same lines ... makes you think of the law and how we are indoctrinated into a certain way of thinking John Harris...(Freeman.)....THE TRUTH...(Can you handle it.) ....Full length. - YouTube
  12. i have thought about this, never got round to trying it though... i did see some led lights on ebay that attached with magnets keep us updated and upload pics
  13. cracking kite, the increased no. of cells helps the stabilty loads compared to previous incarnations... tips tuck occasionally like a paraglider and always pop back out again quick, not really into jumping so cant comment on that aspect, use mine as a low wind buggy engine and the ocassional cruise on the board.... tricky to land in high winds is my only gripe,no 100% kill can be a bit scary on your own! i like to think of it as a 'semi' closed cell kite. can get going in my buggy from about 6 mph (and i'm 18 stone) if throwing it around. good apparent wind as well ... all subjective though aint it ... go try it... 14. hi I have broken my collar bone twice (same one), both snowboarding incidents I broke mine the second time in Chamonix at xmas was back kiting in a buggy in feb, painful break heals quite fast but mine was a clean break with no complications, take it easy you know your own body better than anyone and will know when you are ready to push hard again. I just 'knew' when i was better even though the docs said 3 months minimum for anything strenuous
  15. Hi am off to El Gouna on the 10th sep ... anyone recomend good spots to fly and places to eat out .... am a land based kiter just learning water starts so ideally shallow, not to busy is it best to get a taxi from airport rather than transfer Any info and recommendations greatfully recieved
  16. Hi I read a post on here a while ago that mentioned the mk1 and mk2 phoons axles arent interchangeable (cant find the post now!) due to the angled tubes on the axle accepting the side rails being different... can anyone confirm or deny this... am after a wide axle been offered one but not sure it will fit.

WD40 did the work after 2 days of soaking managed to crack the bolts off today .... bought a M12 Tap and Die and cleaned all the threads replaced bearings and put back together with copper grease .... lesson learnt - ALWAYS use grease when you change the bearings .... phew what a mission was thinking i would never undo them bolts they were rusted solid ... buggy's ready for the long weekend though bring it on!
