Hey Dazza, 20mph sure feels fast as a start.....its a good speed to start. No doubt you will pick up really quick. I am expecting to see you knocking in speeds the same as Flat-Out!!!

Yeah, not bad concidering the resonably small amount of space we have.

 

Looking forward to smashing that speed down at Camber in a few weeks time.

 

Although i think my speed days are numbered after seeing some freestyle boys last weekend. Im planning seatbelts and buggy braces as we speak

Hi Carl,

 

several years ago, stephan knickmeier was chased down the beach at a euro championship by a 4x4, the 4x4 started fishtailing at 110 kph Stephan was still pulling away at that time.this was witnessed by the international jury sat in the 4x4.

 

He was european champion that year (suprise suprise)

 

he was flying his "s"kites and custom built buggy.

Yeah Boys, managed to crack the 20 mph barrier 2 weeks back.

 

did actually get to 23, but my garmin thing resat itself (yeah, yeah.... i hear you all say!!)

 

anyway, this will be broken hopefully on the beach this weekend !!! (or something else will be broken!!!)

It was in France (Les Hemmes).

With the Blurr 3.5 on 5 beaufort or 24 mph.:eek:

It was fast on a Libre buggy with standard wheels.

Spent alittle time on the detailed list, and got it working more efficiently now,

Got some averages up there axle width, kite size, Grouped buggy type etc...

better to gauge against.

 

Ideally need Buggy, Speed, Axle width, pilot weight and kite size as minimum data.
