wickedwoo Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Awwww if only you knew how much all your posts have touched me - even the cheeky ones you guys have been wonderful! As some of you know, I totally love my job at Flexi and have really enjoyed working for a great company. I remember starting at Flexi doing part-time hours and thought a kite was a triangle thing with a face on and one string (note the word string!) I soon got to know the different kites we made, from the Delta ones up to the water kites. Being in daily contact with a bunch of great guys made my job so enjoyable and I became full time within only a matter of months. I've seen some amazing changes in the time I've been at Flexi and can only say that the company is still sound and you guys have nothing to worry about. I have every faith that you will still receive great customer service. The one thing I won't miss is the 5am start and the M25 when I have to commute to Chessington - although I love all the guys that work there and look forward to seeing them! Anyway, I will still pop onto the forum and you never know, I might even post some pics of my xmas/new year holiday. I'm off to Vietnam to learn (if I'm brave enough) how to kitesurf! eeeeek!! I'm also on Facebook, and have a lot of you guys as friends on there, so I'll still know what's happening in the kiting world and now that I know the way to the beach! (cheeky!), I might see some of you at A09!!! So thanks again for your best wishes and I'm truly honored to read lovely comments about me. Morb - keep poking you big marshmallow! She's was a great asset and ambassador for Flexi. We will miss her friendly support. Hope she posts once in a while just to keep in touch.
