Understandably Flexi want to keep internal business out of the public eye, and to be fair it's their business and their forum and none of us know the ins-and-outs......but I for one feel a bunch of affection for someone who got stuck into the forums and did the Flexi brand name nothing but good, simply upholding what they've always been renowned for....excellent customer service (well, along with a few moderately-revolutionary kites ) Big up the Woo, let's leave it at that I say. She's was a great asset and ambassador for Flexi. We will miss her friendly support. Hope she posts once in a while just to keep in touch.
