STOP, DONT reformat it yet. Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System restore. restore the system using the wizard to a time BEFORE you got this on the machine, you wont loose any work and it normally works like a charm, that is assuming your running Xp Matt

pension saving is a good idea BUT, with the current means testing methodology you will be peanalised at every turn if you have any money. Fcuked if you do .......
