i use my leis on land and love it:D my 15.5 ar5 gives great uplift and floatey jumps even on the board today bout 6-7mph and getin good jumps on d board

i dnt no bout the speed part i can useually overtake most buggeys:D :D

i got givven a wind surf setup and am curious how i would attach it to a board without makein holes the mast is like 3m high and with a huge sail jus thinkin it would b fun 4 light winds:D

depends the winds ur goin out in.i could have done wit 1 wen i took a 5m wippika out in 30mph= winds god i flew :D

ya wana meet up 1 day? i stay next to it basiclly lol i allways seee lots o kites onlly binn kitein once i pulled me 5m wippika out wen for about 2 hours straight with it on me boar while every one else was changeing from 4-5m bees to 1-2 m bees i did laugh

i think tour all missin the point. the kid wanted to no if he can hold a 9m blade in ONE-FOUR MPH WINDS!!!!!!!!! not 20mph+ i have a 15.5 mr ar5 and i can hold dat in quite strong winds and im 11 stone dose that make me stupid? NO! if you have the balls and the exsperience to use a big kite in medium 3winds you go do it jus take precautions if your over powered put the kite down! i agree with bottom you think you can handle it fine go try it on ur own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i find that if you have sense and can handle kites and also you know leis it shouldnt be a prblem ive taken a 11m lei out in 25mph winds scared the s**t out of me but i got a group of people watching me and i was in total controal fo the kite. all it comes down to is how confident you feel and exsperience. i been kitein 2 and a bit years and find them easyer to controle than foills. NeB

i no you havent put this on your list but i use leis and i find they are very stable and many wind ranges through sizes if i was you go for a lei!!!!!

i agree also.there are loads of people that can use them like there team they would let them have it as they havent then i guess that is a very good exsplanation neb
