  1. This is now on ebay... It will go for a bargain... Snap it up
  2. PL MK II Buggy and Trailer Wyndham Vale, Victoria Price $1000 or make me an offer I can't refuse. Pm me if you are interested or send me an email to menglandATozemail.com.au I have for sale this setup. Unfortunately I just haven't had the time to get out and do this as often as I thought I would. Our second baby come along and that ended that. Anyway I haven't used this for ages and I cant see myself getting in it again for awhile. So I have decided to put it up for sale. The pictures don't show but the trailer also has the padding as well.
  3. Haha ... thats ok. I dont think i'll be coming now.... Just went to bunnings to get some more seedlings for my aquaponics and the ride was not pleasant at all... I think a drive to and from 13 beach would be just too far today.... ....next time.
  4. I might head down for a look.. not sure if i'll buggy... had the snip on Thursday so a little uncomfortable at the moment.
  5. Yes a big thanks to all those involved. We had a great weekend, meeting new people and seeing just how good you guys are at flying those big kites. I have so much to learn. We left early as I was in a bit of pain from being owned by the PL Core 6.7. Thanks for allowing us to join in with a great group of people.
  6. We are towing the caravan down on Friday night.... Should be interesting if the traffic is crap. I also get off just on the down side off the Westgate so don't really know what its going to be like. At least the tunnel should be open.
  7. So how many other newbies like myself are going??
  8. Well its there for use if anyone needs gear carried.... Here's a pic to show you what I mean by gear can go under and a buggy or anything can be strapped to the top.
  9. We'll be towing our caravan but I have a trailer that is available if its needed to carry gear. Its a 6x4 thats been built to carry nearly 2 tonne. It has high sides and also has bars going across the top of the trailer which means gear could go under and a buggy could be strapped to the top. (a bit like a cargo rack on the top of the trailer). Let me know if its needed and someone is able to tow it.

Elastic in the ends. The "cradle" with the gps holder attached. The back of the "cradle". The gps at the front. And attached to the downtube.

No worries I'll post up a pic tonight. I got side rail covers from a rubber supplier and my wife got some material that she put some hard iron on stuff on. Stiffened it right up then she doubled it over and sewed it all up. Elastic on the ends to make them look neat and its come up a treat. She will do the same with the cover on the front bar. Very similar to how yours looks. She made up a gps mount out of material too.. similar to how yours works. I already had the cloth GPS cover and she just did up a piece of material with velcro sewed it to the original cover. Here's a pic. Before we made the gps holder etc.
