I'm going to look at the parapack setup, this is what I currently do:
Pack: Land the kite, attach handles to stake, walk to kite, pull upwind, fold and place in backpack, go back to handles, put them around my neck and figure of eight all 4 lines back to kite, stuff lines and handles into bag.
Unpack: Leave kite in bag, put handles around my neck, walk out lines, attach to stake, walk back to kite, pull kite out of bag and set it ready for take off, walk back to kite with all 4 lines in my hands between different fingers (2 left hand 2 right hand), possible turn a handle in case a brake line is twisted around a power line (as long as you take the handles out the bag the same way there are no other twists)
Its pretty fast and I have never had a knot.
