Northern Kites Australia Posted March 12, 2019 Report Posted March 12, 2019 I am making my own paddle at the moment, and testing some different T handles and end-stick ends... the old grandpa walking rubber ends don't last and break apart quickly, depending on how aggressive you paddle, so I am experimenting with a mix of rubber and silicone ends. But here is a great video that shows you the technique I am learning, and yeah it's a upper chest work out. I think it's a great all-body exercise. andy666 1 Quote

123matt Posted February 19, 2020 Report Posted February 19, 2020 If I had time to prototype I being making a paddle with spring loaded section, like a suspension bike seat post. Compresses when pushed down at the front of the board and then gives you a spring assisted push as you roll past the center of effort. Northern Kites Australia 1 Quote
