steve_w Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 Hi guys just a quick heads up can no-one fly tomorrow please (Saturday 14th). As sparkie has said doug is concerned about the grass and with the weather being like it is its going to be pretty wet on Saturday. If the rain holds off tomorrow we should all be able to fly on Sunday but again could you please give sparkie a shout (or me) if your not sure. Alternatively I'll try and post up first thing on Sunday morning if we can fly. Cheers guys Quote
KiteThePlanet Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 @ Steve / Sparkie, what time will you be heading up there? Send me a text or post on here and ill be ready to rock if Doug gives it the OK. Skydude should be coming as well. We were saying last night that we should all meet up sometime and have a chat about next year Quote
Zagreth Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 Thanks for letting us know. The SKF had talked about possibly heading down for the weekend late November but we can go elsewhere. Lode is worth preserving for next year along with keeping Doug nice and happy. Quote

KiteThePlanet Posted November 15, 2009 Report Posted November 15, 2009 Sparkie might be off to Sunny Hunny, low tide is at 1130, but its a fat one so I'd be interested to know what the beach is like. Quote

therealslimady Posted November 29, 2009 Report Posted November 29, 2009 course we're all missing it, there are other spots though but not quite the size of lode, and you have to pick your fields according to the direction of wind, but with lode thats not an issue, roll on the spring. Quote
