jonathan1 Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 You seen that pro speed 6 on eBay Jon? Of course Dave not much escapes me How bigs mikes Arc? Rang Mike tonight had a little chat but he never said owt about his new kite Congrats BTW on the V.I.P Quote
Chaos Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 Sorry Jonathan it slipped my mind, 15m I have tried a v quick look for the tube but can't find any, If I can't find any, have mine, as you will use it much more than I would, but with time and exposure to UV the plastic will become brittle. A good idea would be plastic drain pipes or a smaller diameter with end caps, could get something small enough to fit inside a flexi nylon bag. Regards to the family Quote
tvrgreg Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 tubes for your stacker spars, try fishing tackle shops they use the tubes you need for putting pole rods in. Quote
jonathan1 Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 Hi Greg its just my ultralight spars that Im wanting to store was looking at Drawing tubes they seam simalar to what mike has needs to be just over 2 ft long. see mike we always come back to fishing again funny how that always happens with stackers lol Quote
flylite56 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 @Mike did you get the arc up today? If so how did it go ? Arcs take a while to dial into but worth the learning curve ,oh and the the odd shite launch and land .. Quote
Chaos Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Hi Phil, No I didn't, the wind has be awful since last weekend very on and off, the forecast looked good, but . . . . Oh well looking forward to a constant 1 to 12 for my first outing, or is that spanking. => Quote
Soupdog Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 Good luck inflating an arc with 1mph! Agreed they really aren't low wind kites, even my 18 is hard work below 15ish mph I'd say Quote
