Must86 Posted August 14, 2009 Report Posted August 14, 2009 That's pretty easy for me... Nock Ends. The beach I fly on is very rocky, and I lose Nock Ends all the time. I suppose I wouldn't lose them as much if I would buy some rubber end caps... ~Rob. Quote
Frostillicus Posted August 14, 2009 Report Posted August 14, 2009 I'm thinking this is something that I might go for in the future.... Skyshark PT Series Rods Skyshark Competition PT Tapered rods are super strong. Increased stiffness up to 50%. Want to upgrade your kite frame? This is the rod to use. Quote

Two Hands Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Week 3. Ferrules @ $2.50 a pop. Don't get me started on bloody ferrules.. Gary LOL, you can't imagine the size of the smile on my face, and to think I nearly missed it... Quote
TassieDevil Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 LOL, you can't imagine the size of the smile on my face, and to think I nearly missed it... Glad someone picked up on it anyway, TH.. OK, now.. the comp... I'm a little confused. For some reason I thought the comp was only over 3 weeks, but I just read in Post No. 1 that it's supposed to be running 4 weeks. (I hope that doesn't mean I left my Week 3 new topic posting too late?). And now I've just spotted Joel's post above saying the Week 4 question will be posted soon... but there's only one more day for the comp to run ? Gary Quote
.Joel Posted August 22, 2009 Author Report Posted August 22, 2009 We will extend the comp a week. He's on holidays at the moment so I may just make something up Quote

Two Hands Posted August 25, 2009 Report Posted August 25, 2009 I've been flying almost exclusively on the Climax Profiline Line for the last year, pretty much since I was recommended them at Coolum 2008, they have served me well, but I think it will soon be time to retire them.... AND GET SOME NEW ONES!!!! They get the 'Two Hands' 2 thumbs up! Quote
