Yes, thanks for that (I think i get your drift) but that doesnt answer the question as to what is going on. Are people buggying there responsibly and being left to get on with it or are people still staying away because of negotiations?
Hi all
been off the forum for some time but searches seem to indicate that buggying at saunton is still not on. Is this the case or are we now able to use this big empty beach?

I also buggied there last weekend with no problem.
Looking at the O.S. map - it looks like the national trust control the beach south of the river so buggying north of river as most people do should be OK.
Planning to spend a couple of weeks in Donegal this summer.
Can anyone tell me if the beaches in the Falcarragh or Gweebarra bay areas are suitable for buggying and mountain boards.
Any other beaches in N. Donegal suitable?
Cheers

Similar thing at Saunton last week, spoke to a boarder setting up close to the access point about the "red post rule", told me he knew about the rule and will wander beyond the post when he's ready. Seems rules is for some not all !!
