Just to let everyone know, the National Trust have put restrictions on the use of all wind powered vechiles on Rhossilli beach. All you can do is fly your kites. Went on holiday there last week hoping to try the buggy for the first time only to be thwarted at the first attempt and guess what, Swansea district council sat on the fence when asked which beach you could buggy on.
