  1. We have the folding buggy and yeah it will fit in just about anything we have had it and all the kites in the boot of a volkswagen golf and and a fiat siecento. We got ours from the kite store on neal st covent garden it was £250 but we picked it up so no P&P also we got 10% off for buying a new kite at the same time. They are fairly robust but quite bouncy I have put loads of pipe lagging round it and added extra grip to the foot bars so now it is a nice little buggy. It really does go together in seconds too and you don't need any tools to do it, after a rattle round the field though it did need a tighten up so make sure you look after it if you get one.
  2. LOL no I meant tapas and coffee or tapas and baileys I agree that coffee with baileys is lovely

I was to have my bikini line done and the girl was so nervous she spilt quite a bit of hot wax on me which trickled between my bum cheeks. Wax does not wash off so I had to have my arse crack waxed infront of the entire class as a don't ever do this demo. I was sooo painful and I couldn't walk right for ages! 14. Wtf

if you listen to the guy tell it on the radio it sounds like they were trying to film the guy with the tophat and the other guy just got caught in a freak updraft. It was quite a busy beach so I guess a few people managed to film it.

    Wtf

Oh my!!!!! I think I would have let go before I got that high LOL I mean I know it happened really fast but I always let go and trust my kite killers to save me if I feel out of control. Good on him for landing alive and not taking anyone one out though.
  6. Me and my other half started about 5 months ago with a basic delta bought from hamleys. We have progressed steadily by gradually getting bigger and bigger kites. Said other half now has a 7m bullet and I will only every fly it in next to no wind. We have been more than thankfull of any advice given to us noobs by other people be it the guys on the field, in the shops and on this forum. I think anyone who really wants to get into it will really love the help and I have always been a bit of an information nut so when I get into something I try to read everyhting I can get my hands on and make sure I ask everyones advice. Even though I am still quite new to this (we go out most nights and weekends so have had a fair amount of flytime) I consider my safety and that of those around me paramount. I think you kinda have to step in when you see someone being reckless and in the past if people are being too dangerous we have left. I guess you can only try with some people and if they don't listen you can feel like you did all you can.
  7. Hi there I have tried a beamer 2.5 3.6 and 5.0 and they are all really nice kites. Great budget range and on a windy day you can get pulled along fine on a buggy or a board.
  8. I just had a quick look and found THIS connect buggy to bike and off you go
  9. I agree with bill ben, I got the peter lynn folding buggy at the weekend and it works for us a treat. We have very little storage space at home and also no car, the buggy is quite light (I can carry it!!!!) and folds away to next to nothing (we got it in out mates boot without him having to take any of his stuff out and then piled 3 kite bags in on top) without having to use any tools so it's ideal for getting public transport. If we decide to walk to our field (it's about 2 miles away) we will just bung all the bags in it and trail it behind us using a rope tied to the foot posts. I really like the idea of attaching it to a bike though may have to have a look down at halfords to see if they sell the bars you use to attach trailers and kid seats.
  10. I will be there tonight, trying not to get dragged off my feet again!
  11. We just got a beamer 5.0 and a landboard so if you see me being dragged face down please feel free to laugh.
  12. I have just started out with my kite and i'm down the Queens Avenue most nights if you see me there (i'm the one with the tiny rainbow HQ kite) come and say hi. I love to watch you all whizzing around like pros and a bigger kite and landboard are on my wish list!
