  8. Could you lower the seat !
  9. I was there a couple off weeks ago! I live near Heathrow airport so I don’t get much chance to get down to the beach; it was the week end after wallop. I’ve been bugging for a good 10 years and I never wore a helmet, but that don’t mean I would not wear one if asked no one asked me or did I see a notice. So in short I think it would be a good idea to put a couple up it might help with the dog walkers > THIS IS A HARD HAT AREA DANGER! So the next time I travel west I will pack me hat , Is there any thing else which I should take note off! In fact i will even wear it when i go to my local park

  18. Hi im waiting for me third op on me knees I keep tearing the cartilage, my advice to you is get one or two blue knee supports from a sport shop the cheapest I found so far is Lonsdale in soccer world , there only good for a couple of months then over the top of your trousers I would go for Sixsixone Dj Knee guard I have just brought a pair . wore them all day it was lovely . in fact when I took them of I missed them very comfortable , but I would .what ever make or model you go for make sure the got the solid plate a small stone knelt on (PAIN) and the place I found mine for £19.99 ten pound less than every where else I found is www.leisurelakesbikes.com good luck. i am out every day if there is wind, doctor told me to keep it moving and thats what im doing. last thing the 661 pad also support your knee!
