  1. Thanks. I'm going to read some websites and to try to learn something before my first flight.
  2. I am going to buy a second-hand revolution EXP without the video. Is it possible to download the video somewhere on internet ? thanks
  3. I've checked the price for the BLADE III 6.6 (with handles) on internet. 1) U.S.A - 422 € 2) GUERNESEY (U.K.) - 484 € 3) U.K. - 583 € 4) GERMANY - 651 € RTF 5) NEDERLAND - 670 € RTF 6) FRANCE - 651 € 7) BELGIUM - 674 € Ok it's just the price without shipping. But as you can see, prices are very different !!! And for the Blade III, USA is 1st. But for another kite, BELGIUM can be 1st !!! You can find good price if you have time to seek. Note : Don't forget that you can have fees if you don't pay in the currency of your country. Note II : The prices for each country are not necessarly the lowest one. It was just for an example.
  4. Hi, You don't mention flysurfer.de kites. I've never tried one, but as I know about these kites, they have depower system.
  5. Are you sure to have a 3.5 Little Devil ? There are 2.1, 3, 4.5, 6 etc... but I've never heard about a 3.5.
  6. whaouuuu !! Without more informations than that, be careful !! Do not send your money. Ask for guaranties ...
  7. Golf course's guards are not
  8. Hi, I board mainly on grass with little bumps (but I prefer the beach). If you don't board in flat field it's better to have bigger wheels on your MTB than standard one.
  9. Thanks. I will certainly be interested as I'm waiting for my BEGO 600 (from sexybum25). caktus

  11. Hi rasga At the beginning this document was only for me. So I didn't save the author's names. I'm sorry for that. But today I thought that this document could help those interested by the BEGO caktus
  12. Thanks but I already have one BEGO 600 on his way. Can't wait to try it.
  13. Hi I wanted a low wind kite so I read everything about MAC BEGO 600. I put everything in a PDF so if you want informations about this kite, you can download the PDF here caktus
  14. here you have the different sizes for Blade I, II & III Blade I --> 2.6 3.3 4.9 7.2 Blade II --> 2.0 3.0 4.0 4.9 6.4 7.8 9.0 Blade III --> 3.0 4.0 4.9 6.6 8.5 10.5 caktus
  15. Hi I've seen one last month on http://www.flysurf.com for 75 € (53 £). caktus
  16. I love my Buster 3m² (I've never tried a 2 or 4 m²). But in my opinion, If you use the adjustable bridles on your 2 buster, you don't need to buy a 3m². I've tried theses bridles on my buster and it worked well (it's a way to increase the wind range). caktus
  17. My girl friend weights 8.6 st and she uses my PKD Buster 3m² up to 17 mph and my Little Devil 4.5m² up to 12.5 mph without problem. caktus
  18. It will be cheaper to purchase a MAC BEGO for the light wind
  19. And about the REAL windrange of this kite. Is it fly in low wind (2 beaufort - 10km/h - 5.4 knots - 6.2 MPH) ? I'm talking about flying, not power enough to buggying with... My firebee 6.5 doesn't fly in such wind. My 3m buster and my 4.5 little devil does (but no pull). thanks caktus
  20. I've heard some stuff about this kite from a paraglidding company in england. It's a high aspect ratio kite. But I've never seen one of this !!! If I undestand correctly, the only difference between a 4.5m² kite and a 6.5m² is the power. But the windrange is almost the same. A big kite is too heavy to fly in low wind......... caktus
  21. Hi all. I wish to buy a kite of approximately 6.5m². I wish to use it by low wind. What is the best kite of this size which flies starting from 2 Beaufort?? Firebee 6.5m² or Buster 7.0m² are not kite which fly well in 2 Beaufort (I've tried this 2 kites, they need more wind). What do you think about PKD Joy 6.5, Ozone Little devil 6 or Blade 6.6? Thank you caktus
  22. http://www.windguru.cz/int/index.php is not bad.... for 2 or 3 days forecast. After, well.... hard to tell it's good
  23. The more easy to pick is buggying. With a buggy your speed will be higher than with a MTB and you're near the ground so it can be an awesome sensation. Because of the position in the buggy, it can be hard for your back !! With a MTB, you can do big jumps. You're not so fast than with a buggy and it's more difficult to handle than a buggy because you're up and you have to find your equilibrium. It's definitely two different things. I don't have a buggy... so I prefer my MTB

    50 kmh !!!

55 km/h with a 2.3m² on a beach. 30 minutes and it was hard !!! A friend was with me to help lauching and landing the kite. You have to be very careful and you must fly your kite in a very big place (large beach with nobody around for example). caktus
  25. The best way is to use a winder. I take the handles and my winder and I put the 4 lines on my winder. I don't have any problem like that.
