  1. Low reserve 12m Ocean Rodeo RISE kitesurfing kite | eBay
  2. I've had a dog piss in my crash helmet. A friend of mine was setting up his kite and was just about ready to launch when he noticed a dog just finishing pissing on his kite. He shouted at a small group of people who the dog belonged to and they just laughed and carried on walking. My mate launched the kite, flew it over their heads and gave it a good shake showering them with the remaining piss. Made em move quick and certainly stopped the b*stards laughing. Justice served..
  3. All Sold, thanks for all the interest.

  8. 12m & 16m Ocean Rodeo “ONE” kites with a 60cm bar & lines, plus a Litewave 148 twin-tip. Both kites are 2006 & not the one-pump version. All for less than the price of a new kite. Asking price £500, The 12m kite is in very good condition with just one small patch to the canopy area, this repairs a small split that was 1½ inches long, the repair does not affect the kite in any way. The 16m kite has had 4 small patches on the main leading edge strut that were professionally done; otherwise the kite is in good condition. The bridles that slide through the pulleys were replaced on both kites recently and the kites have only been used about 6 times each since. The old bridle lines that are still serviceable are included. The bar & lines are in good condition. Both bags are showing signs of wear with the zips needing freeing off. Litewave 148, this is an ideal board for a beginner and well beyond, it is in good condition with just the expected scratches on the underside due to being ridden in too shallow water. Photo’s availably, just email me and I’ll send them. Please note I will not post or courier this kit as I really want any buyer to see the kit first, it’s so difficult to resolve any unforeseen problems for the other side of the country. Based in Brixham, South Devon. I will be willing to meet half way assuming it’s not too far. timall@tiscali.co.uk
  9. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=280289017961 Finishes 7:40 this evening. Low price, no postage.
  10. Auction finishing tomorrow.
  11. Yes, named the One as you are suposed to only need one kite. I agree that it's got a great wind range, however I'd rather fly a kite as close to it's optimum wind range as possibe. Consequently I currently have 4 One kites, 7m, 9m, 12, and 16m; I do think they are superb kites. I'm only upgrading to the newer O/R Rise. Hi Jonny Just saw your reply. This is a great price for an LEI.
  12. I know a lot of people fly pump-up kites landboarding but I think it's too easy to damage them on land, there's just too many sharp objects around on land. Personally I always preferred foils on land, I'm sure other people will disagree with me though. As you say the great advantage with the 'One' is the de-power. I used to fly Guerilla's and really think you probably should think about a smaller Peter Lynn to go with you 16m. Having said that I still need to sell these kites to fund more kit.
