Hi all, I live in the small town called aldershot and am planning on taking a few trips this comming winter and going to some of the kitting events around the uk. I am looking for people in the aldershot area to share fuel the cost, i have a 4 birth motor home with all the trimmings (may not be fast but its warm and dry). yer i got mine from my local boat shop 60p for a ball and 4.99 for 2 rings. thanks for your help will try this set up get the kite to fly and i have some good friends that surf already and i have been land based for 3 years, i may have a lesson but lets see first

Can any one help me as I have just a second hand 14m storm Mk 1. The only thing is I am not happy with the control bar set up. The bar is the standard one that comes with the kit but the way the last person has set the safety leash to work is like this; the left rear line passes through a ring on the leader line on the bar and then connects to the leash that fits around my wrist which I do not like. I have looked at other bars and most seem to us this system on the front lines and this clips to your harness will this work on the storm. Also I am not too sure on how to sent the bar correctly. All my lines are the same size, do the knots in the leader lines need to line up level with the centre knots when the bar is as far forward with the trim strap in or out if not what would be a good starting point , I intend to fly depowerd using the power when needed :confused: :confused:

HI, went down to West Wittering to day with the 3 line set up on my 4m blade and it works a fine i did not notice any problem on the turn just had to get some to move the stops a bit but once that was done it was ok. I let someone who is quit good on a board but he flys with handles once he used my setup he is going to do the same. I think this is one of the best set up for boarding as you have a way of depowering
