Hi mate, - i wouldnt put this kite in the "new kiter " catgory. it turns very fast and needs to be concentrated on. you need a board definiently. i have a buggy and stuff but i dont use it much since going on the water - perth weather was made for kitesurfing mate! r

i noticed lots of nobile boards down at st kilda yesterday. I am now starting to realise the different characteristics in the boards. NObile holds its edge very nicely but is not as smooth as the new brunotti i just got. The boards are incredibly light and flexible and the straps are comfortable when you get them "just right". if anyone wants a go I am quite willing to let them use mine at the beach. As long as you give it back. Grog

Hi all, Selling my ozone instinct sport 15m $650 ono. NOW $500 due to small tear in canopy - repaired with Tape by master JOEL!. This is a great light wind kite and is incredibly stable. Kite is in excellent condition, Bag, lines, bar, instruction book etc. Previous owner to me was young master Joel Theodore. A number of extreme kites members have ridden this kite and will "hopefully" vouch for it. Hi all, anyone done a long distance downwinder on the bay anywhere? Would love to do a long distance run. Any thoughts for place to place and what wind direction is needed to achieve it.... any suggestions gratefully accepted.... grog

looks like the wind was better than stklida on that there video.....had a fairly crappy sesh as winds were a bit iffy. next time i check for text messages in the morning before setting off. Altona looks far better and had less other kiters around to run into. However, its an early finish for me on tuesday.....work to beach for kitin till 7pm..... woohoo.

rosebud is the town just before rye. opposite the main shopping centre there is a park and you will generally see kites on the grass.. cheers r

Ozone Samurai - 6m - excellent condition. $500. This kite is an excellent low wind machine. Pics speak for themselves really. it was warm today in rosebud.....unfortunately there was no wind until 4.30pm water is defo a lot warmer than it was a month ago. Water in queensland is luverly. especially around noosa in the lively shallow lakes with the 20kts wind... fell in love. All we need now is water like rosebuds that we can use in a south westerly when stkilda gets clogged up with masses of kiters. grog
