  1. NSI ratchet bindings, bit hard on the old pocket but worth the cash! Got them on both my boards; now I just put my feet in and tighten em right up don't go too tight or your feet will hurt after an hour or so! but should make riding with boots easier!!
  2. Sorry but have read this thread for far too many pages and I would very much like the part of my life back which went with it. Conversation such as; this don’t do the beach any justice at all! Does this represent the vibe of Ainsdale on see kitesurf club? I don’t think so! Karl if you wish to discuss the regs surrounding buggying and buggy jumping surely the buggy part of this forum would be a better place or maybe even in the meets section? Signage would be nice at Ainsdale informing the newly initiated about the NGZ for kite surfing but for the time being the self policing seems to be going very well, with the majority of people I have spoken to already knowing about it. Come on guys can’t believe a thread like this is still going when there has been so much wind to go around! @Jessie – don’t worry about coming to Ainsdale everyone there is sound! They will always point you in the right direction and are always more than willing to give advice. This particular debate has come up more than once regarding certain rules and bullying on the Ainsdale thread in the meets section although it has normally stayed on there! :DFEEL THE LOVE! Anyone thinking about a weekend session, I know I am being optimistic but half way though a week at work ya got to be! Dave,
  3. Bump it up still up for grabs, the kite is in great nick and sat under the bed at the moment! Looking at getting the 8m P3 now as well so pleeeaaasssee send me an offer if your interested! There may be a 7m up grabs as well soon; so send me an offer if you rinterested in this kite.
  4. I'm at Salford Uni, as far as I know I am the only person which kite surfs at Ainsdale from salford uni. Have thought about getting a uni club set up but it would be so much work on your own plus are uni are so tight with money when it comes to clubs.
  5. Bumpy Bumpy
  6. Bump it up! !!£600 + P&P Or nearest offer!! Anyone?
  7. Hey guys, Got a dry suit now and its ace! I went out on sat and the dry suit kept me more or less completely dry and warm while I was active but I started to get a bit of a chill when out the water for two long, which wasn’t that bad but it wasn’t an overly cold day. Now I think this was down to my layering under the suite all I had on was a pair of tracies a t-shirt and a thin fleecy jumper. Am looking at getting some wicking base layers but am a bit lost as to what I should be looking at. I already have an O’Neill thermal rash vest, the one with a fleecy inner, was thinking I may just get some thermal pants to go with it or would it be better looking at getting a full huggy bear outfit (the one piece fleeces). So was wondering what you guys wear under yours, when the weather drops off. Cheers guys, Dave
  8. Have you though about FS FS Pulse 13m or FS Pyscho3 13m or 17m need I say more! lol I know I have one for sale but they are really good kites. They should get you rolling from around the 5 to 7mph & starting jumping at 10 to 12mph hold them through to the 20 25mph area. The pulse is good inland as it is quite gust resistant where as the P3 is more high performance and if you know what your doing you will be fine with it.
  9. evening bump; offers?
  10. @Bobby - Not when I am being dragged to cumbria for a weekend away with the GF. Edit: I mean really looking forward to a weekend away with the GF :p
  11. Thanks Bobby, Through Lack of taker may begin looking towards ebay at the start of next week! Not good I know. Come on guys send me an offer; worst I will say is no!
  12. Yep relaunch is so easy with this kite you should never have to swim in unless the wind completely dies!! Bump it up!
  13. Maybe someone sneezed on the windmeter?!? Man did I pay for the 6hrs I spent out on the water on Sunday; today. Those dry suits do keep you warm and toasty but should have taken the leg cramps 5hrs in as a sign to stop! Still had an awesome low tide session, there were only 4 of us out in the water, two of us on FS P3 13ms, it was great belting past the summer carpark and cruising back downwind; a real perfect session! And as if to top it off, the session ended with a perfect red Aindsale sunset, dam that place is pretty! Thanks Andy for the pointers on jumping hoping I will find it easier to nail it on my misfit. Just needed someone to kick me up the arse and start trying new stuff otherwise I would have been happy cruising forever! Dave,
  14. Evening Bump, Thanks GORILLA!

  18. I love my 7m as a high wind kite, held it through 35knot+ squalls and was fine. It just makes everything feel so safe the 13m is a great low to mid wind kite so grunty with a great relaunch. Have yet to swim in with this kite!
  19. Dave, Feel the same as you mate hate the thought of the rope going into the dark depths, hence normally give em a wide birth. That said when we kayak with the kids in Coniston water I have no issue with seeing which of the kids can sit on top of the buoys (inflatable ones) the longest, its a fun game which involves everyone but me getting wet.
