  6. i did have a program before where you could take several pictures and and it would make an half decent landscape. if he's used something similar to what you have on your camera he must have bided his time and just snapped away as kiters where passing because he's managed to get a good few in there.

  19. haha cheers for the clarification kim, and there was me having a senior moment calling it glide and seal......... well i wasn't too far off lol
  20. not a bad idea that minidrummer. am i right in assuming you put your board in the nylon sack and then put it in your trampa bag to keep it tidy?
  21. yeah as said it is the flexifoil sport, looks like its had an headstock change though. a bit of a pain to put together because of the lack of back axel though but not a bad little buggy for just mesing around on. thats quality granty! lol. my mate had a similar mishap but he knew about it, the unfortunate thing was he was going commando so had to fashion a david beckham style sarong lmao, yeah he loved it too.
  22. no worries captain. if you go out in the right winds for your kite then the middle knot should be the standard setting and then that way you've got a bit of play both ways depending on how the wind decides behave. the way you have it set up now closest to the kite means you cant depower any further if the winds pick up. on the other hand if your lacking power then at least you've got room to crank it up a knot or two. have fun
  23. the effects on moving knots on the pvc should be something like this Towards the kite: * Less direct depower * Smoother power buildup when sheeting in or out. * More depower * Less bar pressure * Less stalling Away from the kite: * More direct depower * faster power buildup when sheeting in or out. * More power * More bar pressure
  24. hahaa sacrifice it to the wind gods lol
  25. a lot of kiters use something called glide and seal ( i think ). try looking for a thread on here, i'm sure there was even a thread were someone was trying to get people involved in a bulk purchase. as for flying in the rain, i've done it a good few times. as long as its more of a passing summer shower then its all good by me, obviously as stated above dont do it in a thunder storm. definitely good fun on grass with a buggy though i can vouch for that. me and my mate also sessioned in heavy snowfall with some big ass flakes which was pretty amusing too. i think we lost all the video of that now but it did look quite epic.
