  1. Awesome weekend:D - even after injury. I do ache a bit this morning though.
  2. LMAO! Maybe it's your undies - you been wearing g-strings again dude?!?!? Note to self: must book myself a docs appointment after using Martins buggy at Les Hemmes on Saturday afternoon!
  3. Even if it's only for when a 10m Frenzy's not enough - so for sub 12/13mph winds?
  4. Cool - So, T595 are you coming? The more the merrier. - think I've just realised who you are .... think we might have met once at the farmers field Martin was trying to sort out a while back.
  5. Hey Slide - you mention the 6.5 is a good low wind beast but if I've got other kites to cover me from 12mph would the 8.5 be the better bet? or is the 6.5 the better low wind machine as it's smaller & therefore faster? Sorry to hijack the thread but at least it's still on topic!
  6. See here ....... http://www.seka.org.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=2902 I think there's quite a few rules, etc to adhere to but it's all at the beginning of the thread. I see you're from Southampton & I'm guessing you know Martin? There's a SEKA trip on October 11th & 12th - me & him are going for a day trip on the Saturday if you wanna tag along. Although you'll have to sort out transport as my car will be full.
  7. Nice vid - I like that. What camera did you use & how did you mount it?
  8. Cheers for the feedback. Sounds like the IV is the one to go for. All big kites are slow turners but if the IV is more nimble with similar power then that's what I'm after.
  9. I'm looking to expand my quiver with an 8.5 Blade for low wind landboarding and am hoping that someone out there can tell me how the 8.5 BIV compares to the 8.5 BIII? I've flown the 8.5 BIII and loved it but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyone near the south coast who's got an 8.5 BIV for me to try. Basically I'm wondering if I should go for a secondhand mkIII or go for the IV. Cost isn't a concern here - I'm looking for which is generally the better for low wind landboarding - better in light winds, stability, ease of flying, etc, etc. Cheers!
