Hey, I used to fly Lei's a few years ago for kitesurfing and liked the feel of the kites. I now only landboard, by myself, and wonder if there would be an LEI that is designed to be used on land, and would be able to be launched / landed by myself ? Any ideas ?????

I would like to use LEI kites to landboard with, but is it possible to do the whole self launch / landing thing safely by yourself. Is it just a case of having a weighted bag to hold down an edge for take off ???? cheers.

Am thinking of buying a Slingshot Diesel 2005 9m , with the Auto pilot feature. Would this make a good option to use for both kitesurfing and kiteboarding ??? I am told that the auto pilot makes it able to be launched and landed on land, snow and water ??? What do you think:confused:

Cheers, have been down to Mudeford and along at Steamer Point which both have cleaner winds but are really small areas of grass with loads of public. NEEEEEEEEEEEED a beach !!!!
