The campsite at Newgale is £6.00 per person a night this year and the restrictions are between the lifeguards during the day so outside their area is good for flying and after they leave. No wind at Newgale is unusual guess is why it got its name.

All sound good to me, as it is your stag will bow to your taste and choice of video.

Sorry to appear a little slow but why do you need the pulley? Will the whitchard not be sufficient???

So it is official NDKC is only looking after kite surfers. So sparkusmarcus or anyone can you explain why I should sit back and respect the ban when the group I thought was fighting for access for Kite activities is only looking for kite surfing clearance at the expense of other kiting activities?????

There is no way we will get access through RMB Chivenor howeve there is a carpark at Braunton Burrows which it is possible to walk from onto the beach (hiking boots out) Or as I did bimbled down the beach from the main carpark as the mate I was with was surfing that day, Have looked at coming alone the estury from Chivenor but it is lovely gooyey mud so not really a viable option Cookster - yes it was you stay for much longer Also how do people manage to do multiple quote boxes in their messages??

Cheers for that cookster as I said I remembered as soon as I pressed send. And yes agree with you there even their website seems to have disappeared or am I just being a techno again. Went to look at Skypark on Sunday as the wind was no good and it was all shut up So went back to Gwithian again on the Monday and had a great play.

glad you have a good working crystal ball!! as the "Police" I would have thought you would use facts and not guess work for your arguement cause I can't see anywhere on here which lists how long anyone has been involved in the sport. And a change of senery is good especially when working away and will be up sunny south wales next month sampling their areas as well so "advance notice of impending bands/restrictions" would be nice as I live nowhere near there and dont expect to be in the consultation process. However the point about Weston was the statement that the restrictions are in place now which I queried as there is nothing there to show any and none of the other people on the beach that day mentioned it and then it transpires that the restriction/ban isn't in place yet but is still being "finalised" Anyway hope to see you on a beach in Sunny Pembrokshire next month

so what has happened to the North Devon kite Club who asked us all to stay away while they sorted out access??? Ooohh yes they got kite surfing for the beach two up from Saunton (brain has forgot name of it, will remember as soon as I press send) and have put kite surfing first for access at Saunton and said they will run that for a year then re-aaproach Christies about access for buggies and boards!! MMhh access for all???? On a beach that Christies don't own. They only own the car park area and are very quiet about the public right of way that runs straight through it to the beach. Couple of weeks ago had an interesting discussion when they tried to kick me and my buggy off the South end of the beach as they defidently don't own that area as it is a Military training area (and have the maps etc to prove it ) but for some obscure reason they backed down when I requested they call the civil and Military police to resolve the issue Wonder why???? wish people would wait until the ban/agreement for club members only is actually in place before saying that everyone else is not allowed to use therir beach Might just start a club and tell everyone only club members can use Dartmoor!!!!!!! Seems to work every where else And Spooky I have grown up thanks am just fed up with so many beaches being banned to visitors or to be more precise non-club members and with no advertising or consultation outside of the club!!

Who has said that Weston is restriced to 3 Clubs only. Would have assumed that if this was an "official" restriction then there would be a little sign or something stating this at the site!!!!!! and there wasn't anything there last week and none of the other people using the beach mentioned anything! Or is this another case of "my beach and I don't want anyone else to use it"????

Hi all well am based in Plymouth and attempt to use buggy cant get any worse but what the tend to nip up oon to moors or if time alowys across to Davidstow as sand just gets everywhere and am too lazy to clean it hence why onto 2nd set of brushes. If anyone is going out plse shout tend to fly mostly during week days when skiving off work Iain
