Hey guys, been living in southampton city centre for just over two months now - without kites (been kitless for 2years or so ). Anyway am looking to get back into landboarding again - woundering if any one has a link to a page with some info about local spots?

Have been to weston and hill head before - didn't really like hill head at all. Been over to Southsea common a few times as well. I;ve heard of lords hill but heard it's quite gusty? Has anyone got a link for the flying spot at lords hill?

Cheers

Hill head & Weston shore are probably the best wind sites but not that big. There's Port Solent & West Wittering (If you have transport). Lords Hill is here. It's the field with the limp dick in the corner;), says it all really. If you don't mind the hassle from the council then Southsea might be your best option, especially through the winter.

Well, we go to LH, as it's social, we know it's gusty winds, but hey thats life.

Yup its gusty, it has chavs, burnt out cars, goal posts in the way...but hey we love it! :D

Low tide is 13.18 hrs, I don't think i'll be able to get onto the beach until 2 hours before so i'll prob be there at 10 ish. I'll get 2 hours after low tide so with a bit of luck i'll have 4 hours buggying:D
