Sky-Blu Posted March 12, 2004 Report Posted March 12, 2004 better have a local sort the tides out the wind looks to be cross off so will be a bit gusty but no worse than inland. due to the wind direction the beach will start to become useable from around 1pm and will be well open until after dark. please obey the rules: walk onto the beach and turn left. walk down about 1km until you see two posts in the dunes. this is the start of the flying area. another 300m on is an estuary which marks the other limit. flying is allowed between the posts and estuary on the beach only (please dont go into the dunes). there's a lot of shingle appeared recently so you'll need to head for the estuary end for the best sand. afraid i wont be up this weekend but some of the regulars will be. hope its a good one Quote
