I've had air rifles in the past and got bored of it pretty quick because of lack of spots to use it. Personnaly if you just wanna have a bit of fun buy a Magnum 12 elastic band gun - dirt cheap to buy, only stings a bit when you get shot , and you can re-use the ammo! The best thing for killing flies in the summer coz they are dead acurate. www.magnum12.com

Yeah we all had to down 10 pints of white spirits before starting - we are extreme sports atheletes you know!! The fire eating was cool - but I still have a fair sized scab on my lip from being a bit nervous in the beginning. Keep ya eye peeled guys coz we'll be fire eating near you soon!

Hill End campsite is on the beach but they dont allow dogs, but I would recommend Kennexstone campsite in Burry Port about 2 miles from the beach. They had brand new toilets and showers built last year and allow dogs. Used the site loads last year. They have a website and you can book in advance as its gets quite busy sometimes. When you use the beach please make sure you use the north end of the beach past the small stream as this is owned by someone else rather than the National Trust.
