kiteblip1599968588 Posted May 25, 2003 Report Posted May 25, 2003 Recently have come across some poorly manufactured lines for my blade 4.9 and was wondering if this was a common occurence or a rarity. Does anyone have any preference or recommendations for line manufacturers? Are they all pretty similar or are there better makes than others? Do flexy make good lines? Does anyone rate C-lines and the like that are partially melted to make them thinner? Whats the difference between SK75 and SK65 spec lines? Just wondering what peoples thoughts are! Quote
Joelio Posted May 25, 2003 Report Posted May 25, 2003 Only ever used flexi lines. Never let me down with my 4.9m blade II or my old super 10:D Quote
Paul_bahn Posted May 25, 2003 Report Posted May 25, 2003 I've used Flexifoil lines on my Blade, S10s, Skytiger, and Bullet with no problem, although I have recently shuffled line sets between kites and purchased Ozone lines and Handles for the bullet and these are very nice, and are nice colours to boot. I don't think there is much difference between line sets, buy quality dyneema, and check the length after the first flight and adjust as required Quote
