Now when you ride it on the beach you can use the hum from the wheels as a speedo meter. My CrossBow land board tyres are knobbly and put up quite a hum on the beach, instant feed back of speed, all I need now is a tuning fork to figure out what the speed for a certain hum is.

Now for the dumb question, why the knoblies Shane? Where you sliding out too much?

Norman

Doing power slides on the concrete down at Apex Park shredded the 4 ply std tyres Norm. Plus these ones are 3 cornered jack proof for presidents park.

I was after something a bit thicker and these were what I found. I'd prefer motor scooter tyres with highway tread if I could find 'em.

A review of your new Outlaw in comparison to your old MKII would be interesting, after you have had a chance to put it through it's paces. The fact the Outlaw isn't heavy to lug around appeals to me!

Those knobby tires look perfect for the salt.

Will they fit on standard Libre rims?

Where do I get some?

How much?

Got them from Power Tyre Company, 35 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield, VIC 3061 Phone (03) 9357 0958

They fit on std Peter Lynn rims, but give them the measurements and they'll fit you out.

My tip is get them to fit the tyres for you, unless you're a masochist

I think they were around $30 each
