    I could say that will teach you to live in Gosport but that would be going too far. We have never had a bank card cloned but have had both his personal and works credit card cloned and it was sort out with in days both times. In the case of the personal one we had only used it in two shops and both were a good three months before hand. So how they got the details is anyone's guess. Pleased you got it sorted out. The only thing I would say is that even if you and your partner have separate accounts with the same bank they may not associate the two accounts and also there is not the same redress with debit cards that there is with credit cards. Which is why I never use a debit card online.

    As some one who used to work in the industry I would say avoid these no win no fee companies like the plague. Legal cover is worth the money if you want your insurance company rather than you fight your cause in a fault incident. Especially if there are injuries involved. They will appoint a solicitor for you and deal with everything without having to involve you too much. They will not cover you in a criminal case but for civil issues it is well worth the money.

    I clearly recall it because there were several blocks of flats near where I used to live lost their roof. It was very scarey. It was not long after I married him indoors and we lost our garden fence for the first time. We had to replace it completely about 5 years later.

    Yes I would say it is illegal. As avspider says a Cat B write off by law has to be broken for spares. a Cat C write off to go back on the road has to pass a DVLA road worthiness test through a desginated testing centre (unless that has changed in the last year). Just because you have an MOT on a Cat C vehicle does not mean it is roadworthy. Cat D write offs are normally cosmetic damage and do not require any checks other than possibly an MOT to go back on the road.

    @ Farno I apologise for the coarseness of my post, I can assure you I am not like that in real life. Its just something that gets on my nerves with this NIMBY attitude that some people have. Again I apologise.

    Can I just ask Farno are you a mobile user? and if it meant a better signal for your phone would you object? We have had loads of issues like this around here and I can assure you not one person has won. Why? because although they may not want it in their back yard they still want to carry on using their mobiles. there is a mast at both my kids schools and it has never caused a problem. Wake up to reality and get a life. you can't have things your own way all the time. Just because you won this round does not mean you will win the next one. Believe me there will be a next one.

    Well I am a newbie to this site but have been kiting for a while though have spent most of the past year out with a kite inflicted knee injury..............so spend a lot of time doing photography................
