  1. Kiteworld is probably the mag you had. You're right it's mainly about kitesurfing but the photography is usually stunning.
  2. As James says - I've got mine clipped to the loops with carabiners and it works fine. Better still when you've got tangles, just unclip them - makes it easier to sort out.
  3. I struggled for ages with my flexdeck - only managing little (50feet) runs and pretty much only in one direction. I got so fed up that I put the flexdeck to one side and bought a silver reef II. First session out with it I was baording the length of the field. IMHO I would keep the flexdeck for later on when you're more experienced and riding overpowered. I'm still getting used the silver reef.....
  4. Hi m8, Very interesting. Not heard of one of those before. How much (IYDMMA) and where from? I'd like to learn more....
  5. The quadrifoil harness is good. It's a one size fits all, waist harness that isn't bulky at all. Cheers
  6. I tried to use my new frenzy with my quadrifoil harness, which I modified by adding a hook type spreader bar instead of the roller type. It pinched the old nads at bit so I've now got a Prolimit Kite seat pro, which is a waist/seat harness. This won't ride up. Cheers N
  7. No mistake m8, It's stated in the lit for Blade II's and Blade III's. For some reason the wingspans are shorter retrospectively.
  8. I have the Blade III 4m. The guys I kite with have 4.9 blade II and III. When it's too windy or gusty they get a 3m Blade out, whereby I have to stick with the 4m. It's just about manageable when it's not damnwell overflying and luffing!! I'm looking at my next fix. Either a 9.5 frenzy or an 8.5 blade.
  9. PM'd u m8 Cheers
  10. Cheers PeterPan U and stringcutter local? Nice to see a couple more names coming forward. See you soon
  11. Hey dude Put the extra £80 to it and get Blade III 6.6m You know you want to
  12. Hi Encona From Sutton head for Tamworth on A453 - Tamworth Road. At Mile Oak traffic lights go straight on. After a couple of miles (max) you will come to a big island with Sainsbury's on the right. Take 2nd exit, Ladybridge/Beefeater pub and the field is on your left. There's a pay and display a bit further down but I usually park in the pub car-park. Look forward to seeing ya m8.
  13. GaRRy Will try for 2 ish but the wind's not looking good at the mo. Forecast rain too...... Pray to the wind god......
  14. M8, Me and BigMan (from your neck of woods) are looking for new and bigger kites. Wots the 6.4 like?
  15. Try Halfords m8. Exit Camo board £100
  16. Thanks for all the advice and comments guys. I went to powerkiteshop yesterday and got me the Flexdeck. Tried it out today but the wind was a bit too erratic where we were. Thanks again all.

Hello dudes and dudesses Looking to buy my first landboard but not sure what to get. Aiming to use it for getting air and doing tricks. Any ideas what to buy as a first board?
  18. That's good. I was looking at the Exit board in Halfords last night. Now retailing for £99.99. I was wondering if it was any good. Would it suit a beginner do you think?
  19. Have been flying pro team 8 and super 10's for about 3 years. Recently invested in Blade III 4m. Looking for a board now. What's a good starter board? Anyone flying in Tamworth, Staffs? If so do you know any decent sites nearby?
