  1. pmsl. I wondered how long it would take for someone to mention ears! The Spanish are great, and they love watching me buggying. They haven't seen anything like it before. Andy and the helmet was purple, not pink. lmao
  2. Hey people, Just got internet turned on again. When I last logged on here, you were on round 8! I'm not going to attempt to read the last 23 threads of garbage. pmsl! One thing I've noticed, is the lack of posts from Zotty. Where is he? I've bust the seat on my Typhoon, but hopefully I'm getting it fixed this week. Must be the UV rays damaging the webbing! I still get out flying loads. I've got 10,000 sq metres of flat land to buggy on, which keeps me happy. Andy
  3. Happy Birthday Blubs! Have a good day at Hoy! See y'all very soon! Andy
  4. Pish off spud! I got rid of that thing and got a proper lid ages ago! At least my sparrow legs are a nice colour now
  5. Eh! Stop giving us Spaniards a bad name of covering ourselves in S****e! PMSL!
  6. My family and I are looking to emigrate to Bulgaria. We're looking into buying some land, and I'm thinking of setting up a kiteing place including accomodation with all sorts of other activities too. I just want to test the water and get peoples opinion how many kiters would be interested kiting in another country. We're thinking of buying a few buggys, so people won't have to bring theirs over and have to pay for excess baggage. Andy
  7. Happy Birthday Foo! Hope you had a good day!
  8. Gracias Amigos!! The San Miguel is flowing well tonight! Like any other night really! Good to hear the Shrewsbury show was good. I remember the heavy rain at the end of last years show too. Andy
  9. Well, I've just heard that they aren't going into production with the Gobi, so I'm getting a Typhoon at the w/e. That's if I like the test drive anyway! Cheers for everyones help persuading my decision! Andy
  10. Well, that was nearly a waste of time at Sunny! Wind was there,,,,,,, then it wasn't! Let's just hope it's better tomorrow. Have a good time at Borth then, if you get there! Not sure if there is any info on them yet. All I've been told about the Gobi is that it's got a 1700mm axle, air suspension, camber and tow adjustment, 500mm longer than the ARB, and the headstock has rake adjust too. It'll be £600 without wheels. There's another buggy called the Rush. I'll find where I wrote the details of that down later. Andy
  11. Hi mate, I'll be going to Wallop saturday afternoon. Mrs is working in the morning, so I've got the kids til she finishes. I'm hopeing to see the Gobi by then, but if it's STILL not at PKS, then I'd love a go in your Typhoon, cheers pal! Bit of a trek to SP, but I'm off to Sundourne in a minute, and hopefully be there tomorrow afternoon too. Cheers!
  12. Sounds like if I don't like the Gobi when it comes out, I'll be having a Typhoon then. Sounds great! I'm emigrating to Spain soon, so the sand I'll be buggying on might be too soft for normal tyres, so I might have to get big foots. I'll have to reccy the beaches when I go over there.
  13. Christ, that's one hell of a pic Sylenz! Do you think the suspension would be good on it?
  14. Thanks guys. Not into buggy jumping yet, so that doesn't bother me. I was thinking of getting a wider axle for it anyway. The extras planned for it look ace. Not sure when they are due out though.
  15. I'm waiting to get the new Parastorm Gobi buggy, but just read about the Typhoon in Power Kite mag, and was quite impressed by the write up. What do owners of the Typhoon say about it? Andy
