All wind directions will work.
S/E as asked by first poster, works in the estuary and the pools on low tide, there's a sandbar called Dovey bar that stops you going out to far, can be gusty,
also offshore riding in same wind direction, IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING ,can be epic in the flat water peeling waves way,
but, ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING.
the mega funneled I need to change my pants wind works on a NNE, and you can often double the wind speed in a flat water, choppy at times estuary, with speed channels.
IN FACT IGNORE ALL OF THE ABOVE, ITS CRAP EVEN WHEN WINDY!!!
NO-ONE SHOULD EVER KITE THERE ONLY ME
