you really need to make sure that both bits of the valve are totally free of sand. even 1 or 2 tiny bits really will make all the differnce, think of the amount of pressure there and then if there is a weak spot created by sand the air is obviously going to weasle its way out. really make sure just everything is nice and clean, i know you may think it is but being on a beach there is a lot of sand (obviously) and you may not think a couple of bits matter but they really do.

dont go too small!! 6m min i rekon. you will have to alter a few things on it, bar throw etc etc, if you at the ho i will be back there from mid aug. i used to have to do it on all my kites. but defo dont go too small, too quick, no float. as really she wont be in winds over 18 anyway so no point
