  2. Was up at ainsdale on Sat the 16th and witnessed somone have a Prang while learning! wind was up there at 25-29MPH. Just wonder if anyone know who it was and what happened and how He/She is doing, hear they Broke a leg? Just goes to show, when it goes wrong it goes wrong PROPER! Good to be back at the beach and have a session on the thursday though! Beach was closed and wind was low but managed a quick 2 hour blast about. Did also see on the thursday a couple out there, rather sketchy watching them launch! if you know who you are , Stay safe!
  3. wouldnt 500kg lines be quite thick? i have some 340KG lines and some 460KG (advertised strength) the 340KG lines look exactly the same thickness as the ones i want to replace, the 460 ones are quite abit thicker than them. this is going to affect kite preformance i expect. im no PRO so i dont jump often and when i do its not high lol so i wouldnt say i Stress the lines a whole bunch Thanks for the Reply.
  4. Where your guys heading out? Digging out a 7 as we speak! lol

  6. So, i have pulled a old old Cabrinha switchblade 9M out the bag and the kite is fine but the lines are a little .. worn i would say, i would rather replace them that regret it! Question is! ... i cant find anywhere with a good guide on what strength line to use, i do have a set of lines new laying about but i cant for the life of me remeber what strength they are. Does anyone have a guide to line strength to use and even some links on where they buy line from. THANKS!
