question for dave, back on the 8th of febuary i ordered a flexifoil blurr 3.5 m petrol with extreme lines and pro handles for £289.95 it says on the website ,We offer 2 working day delivery service on nearly all our stock items. also FREE Delivery on most items , so when i rang on the wednesday geoff said id have my gear by friday it didnt arrive , sent email he said he would send it monday it d be with me by wednesday which is clearly 7 days , wednesday came handles and line arrived , im thinking nice one kite did nt turn up rang geoff up he told me hed ring me back in 5 mins didnt ring back so i rang again said hes still driving and hed ring me back so i thought ok somet not right here, so i rang up flexifoil myself spoke to a guy called chris allen asked him if extremekite shop had made an order for myself to my address and the answer was no , yet geoff had told me previous its comin straight from suppliers , so i rang geoff back up again and asked him where kite was etc ect he said its on its way , lol and i told him id spoke to chris allen and he just said i;ll refund your money WITHOUT no explanation as to why he had nt ordered my kite from flexi so by now im really pissed off ive just recieved my bank statement and now geoff has refunded me for A 2.5 BLURR which was 179.95 when i ordered a 3.5 at 199.95 so im owed £20 and would be very grateful if sombody at extremekiteshop would forward it to my address thanks
