Hi All Well it's goodbye from me and goodbye from him. Two big things have happened in my life. The first in fantastic, I'm having a second child in January which I'm so happy about. Unfortunately this means I'm unable to carry on with my work with Star Kites So the second horrible thing I have to share is that I will no longer be the importer for Starkites. Which kill's me. Especially with all the new gear that has come out, which truly is fantastic. please check out the new Sirius it F'ing fantastic. Anyway I will be handing over my duties to one of our team riders, he is one of the loveliest guys you could hope to meet and has a passion for Kite surfing. I will let Chris introduce himself as he see fit, but please give him a warm welcome. I will still be here to answer any questions and will still be an ambassador for Starkites ( I've just got a quiver or Sirius ) However I might not be on the water half as often as I'd like. Hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and New year. See you on the water, your mate Paul.

I don't think you will be disappointed. What would be fun/good is letting everyone know just how little wind you could get out in. once you have mastered it. You will be surprised at the amount of apparent wind they can generate. Biggest fear for me was relaunching in such light wind. Luckly the only time I'd ditched it came straight back up. ( I think it was more luck than skill)

17 metre Taina will get me up in 8 knots I can hold it down up to 14. They are a great session saver.

Forgot to mention I also have 2015 V3 Edge board 136 x 42 £290 This board is in excellent condition and has been my go to board this year. Its a great all rounder.

Unfortunatley for me I'm unable to move someones birthday and so won't be able to attend the summer jam However for those just thinking about it. I can honestly say its a fantastic weekend with great people and a massive dog. Marc, put's on a really good show, with loads of kit you can just pick up a ride. Last time I myself was very impressed with the Epic Wave Kite and had my very first taste of flysurfer. Which at first I hated until I found the hang time. Have a great time boys and girls and sorry I can not be there. Stary boy

Not been here in awhile chaps as I've not been out for a good six weeks and not had much to chat about. Anyway got out tonight and it was perfect session, until I used my board as an Anchor and decided to grow and extra 3 inches. I've pulled all the ligaments in my knee and may have broken a meticarsil. This is in perfect timing for my London Triathlon in August On brighter news, I'm going to be a Dad again Which means Mark and Sarah. I need a Blast Summer Jam to top my year off:D Have a great weekend boys and girls and hopefully soon I will be able to share some details about a brand new kite.
