    If you are there for a time (and are in London) - make sure you check out the Londoners. They have a social drinks - and then are always organising trips away etc. (and they are also a great bunch of people).     @ .Joel We did a similar - kited until we had enough - then sat in the safe confines of a car (so the car got sandblasted instead of us) and watched the Naish (with a touch of Takoon) show. Ewan was attempting some board drag/kiteloop transitions - until it all went horribly wrong - he didnt get up for a while. @ saffer - I think that is KAOS Yeah was watching the massive kiteloops - even had enough time for the kite to lift him back up as it came to zenith - also 12 in those winds.

    Friday and Saturday were two days that could not be more different down at Altona. Friday eve - nice cruisy - handful of people. perfect tide. Saturday - 30+knots all day. Busy as. Low tide - so lots of sand banks to trip over. In saying that - it was only REALLY busy for about 1-2 hours - rest of day Saturday was fine.

    Not sure who to believe then. Saw a dude at Pickles St the other night - and he said he was doing tantrums (they looked like a variant on backrolls) - so "googled" it.     Great thread. Some of the goals outlined are great. I have tried to find a description/outline of tantrum - I actually thought it incorporated a backroll (rather than an extension of an s-bend). I really like Backloop kiteloops. Have started adding in a grab........
