  1. Turbo Carbon FR for sure.
  2. well, i guess i would be leaning more towards freestyle. simply for the on going interest levels. learning new things and working on tricks etc keeps u in the the game longer. i would hate to get bored of my newly found hobby. ps. i asked gf to get me a kite for my birthday..she thinks im insane.
  3. haha nice. i got a local kite shop, only shop that specialises in kites in my city. http://www.kite.net.au what do you think of those? compared to say... prisms etc..
  4. 4 lines do look cool... But also complicated... Not a fan of the shape to be honest. They look like giant bow ties with a japanese twist lol.
  5. Ah thanks for the advice. I think i'll be amazed by the difference from having a cheap rubbish kite to a real one
  6. Gday flyers. After re-lighting the spark from my childhood. I decided to buy a kite from a hobby shop in perth. Nothing fancy just a $30 dual line. After about 20 mins of trying to keep it airborne i got a good hang of it. Now i'm hooked but my budget kite has developed a small tear after 2 days of flying. Now i want to get something more high end. Looking at kp wasn't sure to get a low end advanced kite such as the e2 or a high end sport kite like the hypno?
  7. not sure about beach, but you've probably already heard about langley park? near the river?
