    I snapped a ligament in my ankle been on the water twice in 5 months,started taking photos down the beach but that just made me want to kite more.Concentrate on getting fitter so your body is ready for action when you get back,easy just to sit on the couch when you are injured,your lucky you can still fly and get out there.Im 35 and i have realised my body does not recover like it used to.Anyway good luck with getting better ligaments are slow to heal so go easy.think how good next summer is going to be.later rob.

    On a serious note,I have snapped my atfl ligament it has been 12 weeks and have just recieved cortizone in it and it has reduced swelling down instantly,Has anyone else snapped a ligament in the ankle?I would like to know do they grow back if they are completly snapped .Can anyone shed any light on the topic .I will be seeing doctor to discuss ligament repair using surgery but it would mean 8 weeks off work,I need to be kiting for next season. Keep up the entertainment Joel,i will see you at the beach. flexifoillllllll

    Altona locals be alert?Ok so im out of action for this year,torn ankle ligament in two.Will be back next season.Have taken up extreme book reading and kniting a new wetsuit for next summer.Miss the gangy water ,flexifoilllllllll,you will pay Joell

    Hi just letting you know i have fallen back in love with my 11m hadlow,i truley love this kite,i have used it about 10 times already this season and it feels better and better, got the 09 and it is a machine,super fast not quite used to it yet but i have to say flexifoil are great kites,.So joell if you read this an you remove it from the for sale section,as i am not sure how to do it,many thanks rob,ps,,flexifoillllllllllllllllllllllllll,
